Payment Due Dates: All payments are due within 30 days from the date of the invoice.
Late Payment Penalties: Late payments will incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:
There was no service obtained.
Both the parties agree to refund the amount.
