Cancellations are only considered if requested immediately after placing the order.
You are entitled to a refund if we are unable to provide the requested service. Refunds will be prorated based on the portion of services not delivered or the time already consumed.
The timeline for returns and refunds will depend on the specific service you’ve used or as outlined in our policies. If a refund claim is not made within the specified time frame, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
